Drop-Off Service
Leave Your Computer or Laptop With Us
Simply drop off your computer or laptop at my address in High Halden and leave it with me while I diagnose and complete the required work. Once your repair or upgrade is finished, I will contact you to arrange collection.
Return delivery by post/courier can be arranged (additional charges apply).

Estimates & Diagnosis
Need an estimate before work begins?
For planned work such as upgrades, installations and replacements, I can provide an estimate before any work is carried out. No additional work will be completed without your approval.
For faults where the cause of the problem is not immediately clear, an initial diagnosis may be required. The initial assessment is £30 (up to 30 minutes).
If further investigation is required, additional time is charged at £60 per hour (£15 per 15 minutes). If you proceed with the repair, diagnosis time will be included in the final cost.
