What I do
Windows and iMac. Visits, remote, or you send the machine in. Phones and tablets: setup and data only — not hardware repairs.
Install & set up
New PC or laptop set up. Data moved from the old machine. More storage, memory, Wi-Fi and printers.
Problem solving
Won’t boot, slow, errors, virus. I look first and tell you if it’s worth fixing before any extra work.
Clean-up & maintenance
Junk, malware and leftover software off the machine. Dust and fans if it needs it. If software won’t save it, I’ll say so and quote the hardware.
Custom PCs
Built to what you actually use. Budget, mid or higher spec. Good parts, proper warranty. Usually about a week.
Backups & data
Photos, work files, the stuff you can’t replace. I’ll set up a backup you will actually use.
Phones & tablets
iPhone, iPad, Android, Samsung — setup, accounts and data transfer. I don’t repair cracked screens or boards.
