Can’t drop in? Send the computer or laptop to my workshop. I’ll diagnose the fault, agree the work with you, then return it when it’s done. Same person on the phone as at the bench.

You get packing notes and the High Halden address.
Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked courier.
£30 for up to 30 minutes. That fee is charged either way. Repair time after that is extra.
I’ll call or message with the plan and cost before going further.
Collect from High Halden or I’ll book a courier back to you.
